Maggie believes there is a strong connection between mind and body. Understanding the connection between your mind, and body, holds important keys that help us connect to the deeper meaning of your story.  

Sessions consist of 50 minutes for individual sessions and 60 minutes for couple sessions. Maggie understands there isn’t a one size fits all to therapy. Some approaches to therapy consist of  EMDR, Body Centered Approach, Mindful Based Stress Reduction, Supportive Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused CBT and CBT. 

Common Areas of practice consist of the following: 

Mental Health- Understanding how it impacts your daily life

Relationship Issues – navigating romantic, family, or professional relationships

Processing  Trauma- Maggie will guide you through understanding the mistruths about ourselves, making connections, and altering these distortions with the truth

Burn-out – Maggie will teach you the many ways burnout can appear in your personal and professional life.

Self- Care –  Maggie will teach you that self-care is a discipline that requires a deeper understanding of your personal needs, goals, and respect for yourself.
